The build up to the main event can be exhausting and stressful at times for the bride and other parties. Jana can help to alleviate some of that stress and worry through her specially curated yoga and meditation sessions.

 

Whether you want something to help you feel calm and grounded the night before the big day so you sleep well and wake up feeling fresh or you want something fun, energising and nourishing during your hen party.
