Hi, I am Jana. Yoga Teacher based in beautiful St. Andrews in Fife.
Discovering yoga while working in a busy sports production in my early twenties was life-changing. I loved the challenging practice and the connection to body and breath gave me a break from my busy mind.
As I journeyed through my twenties and became a mother to two daughters, yoga provided me with a space for self-care and a sense of peace, which I cherished and continue to find on my mat every day.
In 2018, when my family moved to St Andrews, I had the opportunity to complete my 200hrs Yoga Teaching Training in Ashtanga and 45hrs Vinyasa Flow, qualifying at Meadow Lark Studio, Edinburgh.
Since then, I've continued to grow with my practice by training in 50hrs Yin with Melissa Corozon at Yogajo's Studio, Glasgow and attending regular workshops and CPD training, continuing to expand my knowledge which I share with my students.

My mission is to inspire and guide my students to find more ease in their lives, to feel more grounded, resilient and connected to their hearts as we challenge our bodies and flow with music. My classes are a mix of lively and invigorating movement and calm relaxation, leaving you feeling confident, uplifted and happy. Catering to all ability levels. No need to be super flexible - just breathe and allow your heart to lead the way.
